The Workforce Development Team provides a range of high quality professional development opportunities to schools, academies, children’s centres and pre-school settings. Programmes include the highly successful Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) Induction Programme and the NQT Brokerage Scheme.
We organise bespoke training to meet the needs of schools and groups of schools in Buckinghamshire and beyond. We also offer a range of online training packages suitable for Early Years and school staff. We provide training opportunities for Early Years and childcare settings in Buckinghamshire and offer advice and support on gaining qualifications. We manage a wide range of specialist training programmes including courses to support those working with children with special educational needs and disabilities and children’s centre staff.
